We have both dall and fannin sheep in the area. Our average
length of horn has run between 36 and 38 for years. The largest sheep that we ever took
was 43 1/2. Hunting for sheep is done on horseback, glassing is done from the valley.
Climbing and final stalk is done on foot.

We have a resident herd of barren-ground caribou. We hunt this
herd throughout our regular season. In August they are in velvet and make nice mounts. We
have taken a lot of nice caribou with some going in the Boone and Crocket book. The latest
and largest one to go in the book measured 441 points.
